Have some experience with the problem myself I've had it for about eight months now and I can tell you its absolutely no fun at all and trust me it will likely get worse before it gets better. If you can ask your parents for help. They will likely say the typical 'oh it's all part of growing up' nonsense at first and you might have to work to make them see it's NOT! People are not supposed to feel this way at any age and at this point I think you may need to get help. If you can get your parents to understand how bad things are really getting you'll have an easier tiome getting help, which trust me might seem hard but has to be done.

Everything you mentioned, I know exactly what you're going through! I don't have twins but I have two kids that were 2 years old once...and, I remember what it was like! There are no perfect moms out there. Truth is, a lot of them probably feel the same way. Honestly, I think eventually you will learn to not care as much anymore. I also know what you're going through with the pain pills. Please believe me but, the energy you get now, goes away after taking them for a while. I've been on them for over a year, and I do not get that "energy boost" anymore. Also, my aunt has DDD, she doesnt have any kids to take care of, but I see the imense pain she goes through everyday, and I cant imagine what its like for you with young kids having to bend over to pick up after them and whatnot. My aunt can barely get out of bed. Please try taking them as prescribed before you get to the point where your ping out, because if not, I guarantee that will happen. As for your husband I can relate. I am not with my kids father anymore. He doesnt see them a whole lot either. Or, try going to therapy, and getting some anti depressants. Alot of people talk bad about them, but they really do help. I was on them, and it just seemed like everything that used to piss me off, just rolled right off my back. Plus, it will give you a reason to get out of the house, and away from the kids for a while! I think I have it set to where you can write me an email. So if you dont have anyone to really relate to, dont hesitate to write me. I can listen, and give you advice if needed. Just having someone to talk to really helps alot sometimes.

Number one is so much better dude. I felt like they dropped the ball with fable 2. No armor? Come on. Dog was nice, but you can't just steal stuff anymore. Anyone else have the baby blues last longer then ten days?

All the online info says the baby blues disapear by day 10. I am still having mood swings through out the day and Im on day 11. Should i get to the doctor straight away? or is it normal for it to take a little longer then ten days for some women? It's all about having an open mind and attitude. One has to learn to be accepting and respectful of the way things are in other countries. You have to change your expectations and and understand things are going to be different. In your case, you can't expect spicy food in a place that doesn't normally have spicy food; that's going to be the difference. Just learn from the experience and have an open mind about it. Your attitude is about 10% of what happens to you and 90% is how you react to it. Think about if someone else came to your country - what would they perceive as different and how would they react to food and things that are perfectly normal for you? I might come and say, "I can't eat the food there - it's way too spicy. No one can eat hot food like that!" It's all just matter of what your used to but understanding that other people come from different backgrounds. :-)

(Yes we know that is wrong, but desperate times calls for desperate measures) She slept for 16 hours and when she got up was dazed and confused for another couple of days. I know the grief had a part in this, but we believe the medicine just wiped her out. She was doing all the things you say you are experiencing when you take it. Look into something milder, Lexapro or something along those lines. Clonazepam is pretty strong stuff. Hope you find something that works for you.

I'm 220lbs and look decent but have stretch marks from working to hard but still push yourself. On foods I would recommend eat the "healthy" category, you know what I mean... don't eat a pound of chocolate a day, Salads are a great meal, toss some meat on it to spice it up. working out... if you know anything about working out keep it balanced, if you hs has a fitness program get into it. get a membership to the Y or any other fitness area near you. morning runs are also great. I find working out best with a partner and its more relaxing to talk while gaining that muscle. And most of all stay away from the steroids... no need for drugs. And good luck!

I have been diagnosed with gen. anxiety disorder about 2 years ago. I've been on effexor and wellbutrin for it and I've been great until recently. About around 6 months ago, I started getting really tired. I can't go to sleep until at least 2 am. If I try earlier, I just lay there. Then I can't wake up until 4 in the evening at least. My doc put me on rozerem but I sleep more instead of less. Its also 50 bux a month for me. When I told her, she said to cut it in half. Is there anything else you suggest I do??

I'm a guitarist and song writer I may not have the best songs in the world but I think you have potential and realistically your songs aren't even that difficult to play music to. Which is a good thing because you don't want anything too complicated for your first songs. What you need to do is audition in your local music newspaper. Here in Australia we have the Xpress nespaper where bands audition. What you do is you put an add for band players to audition then select a place to audition. Then you choose which band members you want and get them to play your song. If you know how to play that helps. Then put your songs together then you will have your band. That's the easy part then you have to reherse and get yourself a manager and play at venues around the city. You can even post songs on youtube with windows movie maker to get peoples opinions on your singing as well as fans and that's it really. If your willing to put the hard work into it you will go far. As for your song I loved it don't change the lyrics.

I too have pcos, and i just finished my first round of clomid 50mg cd 5-9. I have about 2 weeks left before we know if it worked or not. I asked my dr about having iui done before i started the clomid, and he told me that pcos does not respond well to iui. I do not know if this is true, i just know thats what he told me. He had no problem starting me on clomid though, he also told me that if the clomid doesnt work that he is going to put me on gonal f. The furnace vent is blowing out hot air even though it is turned off.?

I have a 40 year old condo with a Lennox G8 furnace. The furnace is in a small furnace closet in the hallway. There is a vent on the wall just outside of that closet. Even though no fans are turned on it`s lightly blowing out warm air from that vent and I cant seem to stop it from doing that. Well I am 16.... you're right it can be very difficult because most things that kids my age are doing conflicts with the Bible. Some kids aren't very mature and they pressure you into doing things you know aren't right, and when you refuse they make fun of you, in my case threw waterbottles at my back. My friend wants to enter to a talent competition. We are a trio btw. me and my friend wanted to dance. Well i wanted to sing originally but i got realistic. MY voice isn't good. Any of us isn't good. My friend is well let's say proud of herself with her own voice. We three sound like asians. I hate this, I'd rather dance but she kept on saying to sing, sing,sing ,sing. Advance Break Dancing Moves?

I am not YET the best break dancer so i want to learn a couple of moves. I have mastered most of all the ground moves such as the six step and etc. I want to learn some advanced moves such as the Windmill, some footwork, a couple of poses and perhaps a back flip without hands. I have mastered the backhand spring, but not yet the harder step. I would also like to learn some other flips and etc. I have joined B-boy.org but i can't find the moves I'm looking for there.
