How to get rid of Keratosis pillaris?

You could use all kinds of creams and things and that will help somewhat, but it is always better to treat the root cause. You have a genetic disposition to express keratosis pillaris when you are deficient in vitamin A. However, just taking vitamin A will not help the problem. Vitamin A is not a water soluble vitamin. Neither are D, E, or K. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin. So you have to take a fatty acid with it such as Cod Liver Oil, Fish Oil like Omega 3 or 3+6 or similar, or taking Flax Seed Oil with it. These are fatty acids which will break down and allow for proper absorbtion of the Vitamin A. That is how you treat the root cause and keep up your vitamin A levels to get rid of the problem.
