Gain 20 lbs of muscle!?
Its great that you want to gain muscle, but don't be stupid about it if you work yourself to hard you may hurt yourself... I did... I'm 220lbs and look decent but have stretch marks from working to hard but still push yourself. On foods I would recommend eat the "healthy" category, you know what I mean... don't eat a pound of chocolate a day, Salads are a great meal, toss some meat on it to spice it up. working out... if you know anything about working out keep it balanced, if you hs has a fitness program get into it. get a membership to the Y or any other fitness area near you. morning runs are also great. I find working out best with a partner and its more relaxing to talk while gaining that muscle. And most of all stay away from the steroids... no need for drugs. And good luck!
