Have you ever gone abroad and find a problem with the food? and what did you do to adjust yourself?

It's all about having an open mind and attitude. One has to learn to be accepting and respectful of the way things are in other countries. You have to change your expectations and and understand things are going to be different. In your case, you can't expect spicy food in a place that doesn't normally have spicy food; that's going to be the difference. Just learn from the experience and have an open mind about it. Your attitude is about 10% of what happens to you and 90% is how you react to it. Think about if someone else came to your country - what would they perceive as different and how would they react to food and things that are perfectly normal for you? I might come and say, "I can't eat the food there - it's way too spicy. No one can eat hot food like that!" It's all just matter of what your used to but understanding that other people come from different backgrounds. :-)
