What price range do guitarist who have been play for 2-3 and are getting into their first band normally get?

I'm planing on getting a new guitar in a few years. I have a piece of crap epiphone les paul special II and have been playing for about 1 year. I would really like a Gibson or a Paul Reed Smith (American made ones) but those guitar cast a fortune. Im looking for a guitar with a tremolo or a Gibson style stop tail bridge,(No double locking Floyd Rose tremolo bridges), 2 volume and 2 tone,(i would be cool of i could have a split coil option), Gibson styled necks, thick body, no plain color guitars (i stuff like maple tops and stuff like that), and something very vestal where i can play every genre,(from beautiful cleans, to clic rock, hair metal, modern rock, hard rock, and even heavy death metal with like drop B and drop A). Should i invest for a couple years on a $1,000+ guitar like a gibson or a prs, or should i or should i save up for something in the go for the $400-1,000 range for the next year. i heard something about a guitar brand called agile from a website called Rondo Music. if you have heard of these guitars, tell me how good they are and comparison to like a epiphone les paul custom or even a gibson. I Kindof like the Al-3100 in silverburst or the Agile AL-3000M 2TS.
