Is there any disadvantage of taking vitamin supplements?

The stress will more than likely still affect you. I don't think the supplements will help, they are not a natural form of vitamins. Blueberries are known to help relieve stress. When I was in nursing school i stayed stressed, so I would get a mage every month or so. Exercising also is a good way to reduce stress and stay focused. It helps! I promise!
