Why do I have a "Sign-Out Notice" ?

I installed an update, which restarted my computer. A small box came up (Yahoo Messenger) and it states "You have been signed out because you signed in on a different computer or device." I just "connected" on the computer. I only have this one computer. Is someone else thieving my services ? What can I do about it ?
