Japanese movie explained?

Did you guys watch the japanese movie Imprint by masters of horror. I dont get the ending. Like why did that gyrl turn to komomo and then why did she fal. he didnt shoot her head did he. i was like why is there blood on her is she was komomo and didnt have that extra hand thing. and why did he end up as a beggar in jail and theres a baby in the pail? and why is komomo there.didnt she die. and who is the little gyrl with the angel like light on her. i dont get it?
