You are in a rut. You have to change something, and the only option which is not a "must-do" is number 4. After you get home, don't allow yourself to turn on the TV. Do something different every day for the time that you would normally play video games. Read a book, go for a run (winter jogging is doable, just dress accordingly), force yourself to think of something new each day. It will feel great!
