Can you help me find a new "look". I need a new signature style.?

The way I dress now is very boring. Jeans and a t-shirt. Crappy running shoes. No makeup, no jewelry. I'm looking for something not too expensive [I can afford forever21 and cheaper]. I need something I can wear day to day and not have to or look like I am trying too hard. Hair styles is included in this too. I am black with shoulder length hair and dark [Taye Diggs] skin. I'm a female college student. I am very energetic but very chill and soulful. I have large and big legs so leggings and a tee wont work and neither will those dresses and tops made for flat chested people. Hope you can help. I'm open to everything. I just want a signature look. I'm into accessories too. I wanna do a complete 180 degrees.
