Advance Break Dancing Moves?

I am not YET the best break dancer so i want to learn a couple of moves. I have mastered most of all the ground moves such as the six step and etc. I want to learn some advanced moves such as the Windmill, some footwork, a couple of poses and perhaps a back flip without hands. I have mastered the backhand spring, but not yet the harder step. I would also like to learn some other flips and etc. I have joined B-boy.org but i can't find the moves I'm looking for there. So please post some videos, links, or just explain in words. I appreciate your time and thank you.
